I have tried the work around from http://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/show/8858, but the issue remains. The error is: [root@host certs]# puppetd agent --server hostname.domain --test /usr/share/rubygems/rubygems/custom_require.rb:36:in `require': iconv will be deprecated in the future, use String#encode instead. err: Could not request certificate: SSL_connect returned=1 errno=0 state=SSLv3 read server certificate B: certificate verify failed.
