If a file resource has a `source` attribute with a local path, and there is a
file resource with a namevar of the same path, then there should be an implicit
dependency of the file with the source on the second file.
Eg:
<pre>
file { '/tmp/bar':
ensure => present,
source => '/tmp/zot',
}
file { '/tmp/zot':
ensure => present,
}
file { '/tmp/quux':
ensure => present,
source => '/tmp/bar',
}
file { '/tmp/baz':
ensure => present,
source => '/tmp/quux',
}
</pre>
Should have: `/tmp/zot -> /tmp/bar -> /tmp/quux -> /tmp/baz` for dependency
chaining.
