Feature #15635: Fail function should give location information

When writing `fail()` test cases I often find myself doing this:
<pre>
define foo::bar {
#...
if ! $empty_variable {
fail("Foo::Bar[${name}]: \$empty_variable is empty")
}
}
</pre>
It would be great if I don't have to actually write the location (class,
defined resource, whatever) or even a variable telling the location in the
`fail()` message. Instead, any fail message should also print the container
from which it was called, automatically.
