Currently, whenever we hit a communication error within the puppet module face,
we get a simplified error message:
# puppet module search foo --module_repository=http://localhost:1111
Searching http://localhost:1111 ...
Error: Could not connect to http://localhost:1111
There was a network communications problem
Check your network connection and try again
Error: Try 'puppet help module search' for usage
This doesn't tell the end-user what the underlying problem was however. This
needs to be changed to reflect the lower level error.
