Currently the REST API does not return a full set of meta data in either pson
or yaml for GET /certificate_request/{certname} or GET
/certificate_status/{certname}.
The metadata should include:
- name
- fingerprint
- digest algorithm (can be included in fingerprint)
- DNS alt names ('yes' or 'no' is sufficient, actually enumerated would be
fantastic)
