Using the current code of puppet with urpmi provider, we cannot remove a
package unless he has no dependency. For exemple, if I want to make sure that
apache is removed, i must remove first all possibles modules. With the apt
provider, everything work fine, ie removing apache remove everything.

However, it seems the yum provider use "purge" in order to acheive the same
result, so I do not know if I should follow yum provider or apt provider. ( ie,
use purge, or uninstall ). In doubt, i followed apt since this seems more
natural, here is a quick simple patch.
