Issue #14783 has been updated by Daniele Sluijters.

There's nothing specifically weird about it. Though the kernel is FreeBSD the 
rest of it is Debian. Imho Facter should just return Debian for os and 
osfamily. If you ever really need to distinguish kFreeBSD the kernel fact 
should allow you to do that as that would return a different result.
