There are a couple of things missing from this description. When installing "puppet" it will automatically try to start puppet as a service with a message/instructions that are slightly confusing, see #18468. This should be mentioned where the instructions show how to install "puppet" as well as in the section "start and enable the puppet services". The "start and enable the puppet services" also appears out of order in the instructions as one needs to finish configuration (and in particular configure certificates before services should be started). Suggest moving the section "start-and-enable-the-puppet-services" to right before "Next" as the user may want to also use an alternative web server before starting services. The order (and to provide a better reading experience), the section that says: <pre>Post-Install Perform the following tasks after you finish installing Puppet. </pre> could numerate the steps as an introduction and make clear what must be done and what is optional (i.e. steps 1-n with one line of text each).
