Currently, when attempting to use the puppetlabs-ntp module on Oracle Linux, it
fails with:
Notice: /Stage[main]/Ntp/Notify[ntp_unsupported]/message: defined 'message'
as 'The ntp module is not supported on OracleLinux'
Patch to follow to add support.
