Bug #18092: network device - enable password with a sharp is not correctly
parsed
https://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/18092#change-82562

Author: Guillaume Rose
Status: In Topic Branch Pending Review
Priority: Normal
Assignee:
Category: device
Target version: 3.2.0
Affected Puppet version:
Keywords:
Branch: https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppet/pull/1327

Since the device is defined by an URI, when the enable password contains a
sharp, the password used is not correct.

Example :
uri = URI.parse "ssh://login:[email protected]/?enable=begin#end"
uri.query # => enable=begin
uri.fragment # => end

The parser uses uri.query and this regex to extract the password query =~
/enable=(.*)/.
