Bug #20017: Add virt-what dependency on Debian-based systems
https://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/20017#change-87932

* Author: Franz Pletz
* Status: Merged - Pending Release
* Priority: Normal
* Assignee:
* Category: installation
* Target version: 1.7.0
* Keywords:
* Branch:
* Affected Facter version: 1.6.13
----------------------------------------
Issue #8210 introduced detecting the virtualization type with virt-what, which
is much more reliable than facter's own techniques.

Since virt-what is included in Debian at least since squeeze and in Ubuntu
since lucid and has negligible overhead, I propose to add a dependency for it
in the Debian packaging of facter.
