Bug #11740: Puppet sometimes reports 'The handle is invalid'
https://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/11740#change-88526

* Author: Josh Cooper
* Status: Closed
* Priority: Normal
* Assignee: Josh Cooper
* Category: windows
* Target version: 2.7.12
* Affected Puppet version: 2.7.6
* Keywords:  customer
* Branch: https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppet/pull/520
----------------------------------------
One of the spec tests is suddenly failing on win2003. It appears to be a race
condition in the Process::waitpid2 call. The windows win32-process gem will
throw an error if the child has exited whereas the normal semantics are to
return a Process::Status object that contains the exit code of the process.
