Chadwick, for Charlie's benefit here's some questions: I assume you're using this with Ruby 1.9 on your master. Are you also using that on your agent as well? What does your puppet.conf file look like, what are the routes your agents using? 3.1.1 was a security release and we slightly changed the indirector to be more secure, it looks like it's calling an indirector method on a yaml comment....
