I'm trying to build my postgresql module using puppet module tool. There are
custom types and providers in it. When I do it as root, module builds
successfuly. When I'm do it as non-root user, I get an error:

<pre>
$ puppet module build .
Error: undefined method `provide' for nil:NilClass
Error: Try 'puppet help module build' for usage
</pre>

My other modules that doesn't have custom types/proveders are build
successfully both as root and non-root users.
