Well, I must confess that I can't *think* of anything that would (a) allow Puppet to run, and apply changes to the system, but also (b) cause the top level `Puppet` constant to be undefined. So, er, no. There shouldn't be anything unusual about this at all. Those should be correctly relegated to the `--debug` option.
