If the package source URL is specified with a source parameter, the get_version
method in the OpenBSD package provider does not work as the source URL is not
propagated to the environment of the "pkg_info -I" call. This call should also
be wrapped in "Puppet::Util::Execution::withenv({ 'PKG_PATH' =>
@resource[:source] }) {}" like the call to pkg_add just above.
