Issue #20768 has been updated by Josh Cooper. Subject changed from windows user provider can no longer manage the home directory to windows user provider can not change the password of an existing user or manage the home directory Target version set to 3.2.2 Affected Puppet version set to 3.2.1
The issue is worse than originally reported, trying to manage the password for an existing user fails.
