---------------------------------------- Bug #7221: Face documentation methods should strip some (but not all) whitespace from multi-line strings https://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/7221#change-92366 * Author: Nick Fagerlund * Status: Closed * Priority: Normal * Assignee: * Category: Faces * Target version: 2.7.0 * Affected Puppet version: 2.7.0rc1 * Keywords: * Branch: ---------------------------------------- Gotta use multi-line strings as arguments to the faces help methods. Things to consider: * Leading whitespace is a syntactical element in Markdown, so we can't just eat it. * If we do a multi-line string in quotes instead of a heredoc, the first character will actually be flush left as far as Ruby can tell. Does that mean we should ONLY use heredocs for multiline strings, or is there a way around that? -- You have received this notification because you have either subscribed to it, or are involved in it.
