Bug #21458: Restrict allowed yumrepo values to 0 | 1. Not 10

The yumrepo type currently allows you to specify invalid values to the
following five properties:

* enabled
* gpgcheck
* enablegroups
* keepalive
* protect

Each of these are documented (in man yum.conf) to only allow 0 or 1 and throw
errors when used incorrectly (on my FC16 test vm) -
<pre>
Repository 'testymctest': Error parsing config: Error parsing "enabled = '10'":
invalid boolean value - so backwards compatibility should be fine.
</pre>
