is_virtual and virtual are wrong.
Issue is there are two SunOS confines. The second out does no checking for
being a zone at all so it defaults to physical.
Solution: remove SunOS from the list of..
Facter.add("virtual") do
confine :kernel => %w{Linux FreeBSD OpenBSD SunOS HP-UX GNU/kFreeBSD}
