When accessing hash and array members, true gets preserved as a real bool, but
false becomes a zero-length string for some reason.
$thisarray = [true, false]
validate_bool($thisarray[0])
validate_bool($thisarray[1])
...results in Error: "" is not a boolean. It looks to be a String at
/Users/nick/Documents/manifests/bools-in-arrays.pp:3 on node magpie.lan
