Issue #18310 has been updated by Lee Lowder.

Status changed from Re-opened to Closed

There was a miscommunication as to the version of PE that was in use when I 
re-opened this.

This issue is fixed in Facter 1.7.1 (if not in an earlier Facter 1.7.x)

On Solaris with no swap devices, swap -l returns nil to 
    swap = Facter::Util::Resolution.exec('/usr/sbin/swap -l')
