Issue #22383 has been updated by Stefan Schulte.

Chuck is right, on Solaris `/etc/vfstab` has an `atboot` column that only 
accepts `yes` or `no`. I guess the best solution would be to add the aliases 
`true->yes` and `false->no`. This way we don't break current manifests and at 
the same time make sure that we do not write invalid `/etc/vfstab` files on 
solaris.
