Usually you'd want to not include resources a node is exporting in its catalog:
<pre>
node "foo" {
@@notify{"x": }
}
</pre>
should not have the notify. The static compiler though does not have a filter
method in the node terminus and so the notify is present whenever the static
compiler is used.
