puppet master --gencofig gives me (for ca_ttl):
# The default TTL for new certificates. If this setting is set, ca_days is
ignored.
# This setting can be a time interval in seconds (30 or 30s), minutes
(30m), hours (6h), days (2d), or years (5y).
# The default value is '5y'.
ca_ttl = 157680000
Since ca_days is no longer a setting, it should not be mentioned here.
