Feature #23280: PuppetDB-Terminus RubyGems Release

* Author: Ryan Conway
* Status: Unreviewed
* Priority: Normal

* Affected Puppet version: 3.3.1
* Keywords: puppetdb, puppetdb-terminus, rubygems
* Branch:
----------------------------------------
I have Puppet v3.3.1 setup, with PuppetDB 1.5.0 all running under Ruby
1.9.3p448 on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 64-bit.

Puppet itself is installed via the RubyGems release, and PuppetDB is installed
via the official Puppet Labs package (with dependencies on older Ruby 1.8
removed).

I'd like to install the puppetdb-terminus code via RubyGems also, however the
gem that is available on RubyGems.org is actually an empty gem, with nothing
but the gemspec present:

http://rubygems.org/gems/puppetdb-terminus

The gem lists 'Puppet Labs' as the author, but currently has no owner.

I was speaking to Ken Barber about this at the recent London PuppetCamp
(November 18th), and he suggested I raise a ticket here to prompt further
discussion about providing a gem release of the terminus code :)
