Issue #22432 has been updated by Josh Partlow. Target version set to 3.4.0
---------------------------------------- Bug #22432: In provider doc strings, defaults, commands, and features are randomly ordered https://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/22432#change-100189 * Author: Nick Fagerlund * Status: Merged - Pending Release * Priority: Normal * Assignee: * Category: * Target version: 3.4.0 * Affected Puppet version: * Keywords: * Branch: https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppet/pull/1877 ---------------------------------------- In <http://docs.puppetlabs.com/references/latest/type.html>, check the "provider" parameter of a type like "group" -- under each provider, you'll see lists of binaries, rules for making the provider the default, and supported features. These lists change order at random whenever you generate the type reference. Not a huge deal, but messy. They should be sorted alphabetically.
