The pull request failed tests and there's some commentary on the PR about it --
Jasper please join onto #puppet-dev to help get the problems with the tests
worked out so we can merge this.
I'm untargeting it from 3.4.0 since we're code complete on it; this could
easily go into a patch release when it's ready though.

As per subject, this adds OpenBSD to the exclusion list for the remounts
parameter.
