Report from Alex Chamberlain:

I observed several failures recorded in Event Inspector after a {{puppet agent
-t}} run which should have resulted in 2000 change events on each node of a
46-node install. The failures seemed to be randomly distributed among nodes.
The attached screenshot shows a typical error message -- all the errors were of
the same form, "Error 400 on SERVER" and "permission denied" when writing to
the filebucket.

On a refresh of the EI summary page a few minutes later, these failure events
were gone and all the nodes showed the expected number of success events.

Although the failure events seem to disappear (not just drop off based on the
"Exclude data more than..." popup) from Event Inspector, they do show up in the
node-specific console logs. See second attached screenshot.

This is repeatable on the existing 46-node install (16 Gb AWS instance set up
for load testing) and I would expect it to happen on any high-load install.
The file {{one-class-1000-files.pp}} attached is the {{init.pp}} file from the
module that I created and applied to all nodes via a {{node default}} entry in
{{site.pp}}.
