I upgraded to 1.5.2 (CentOS 6, RPMs from PuppetLabs repo, installed and upgraded via puppetlabs/puppetdb module) and it's now happening... every time one of my nodes runs triggered by mcollective, but never when they run triggered via "puppet agent -t --verbose". There's nothing in /var/log/messages on the nodes to indicate that the runs failed. I have a report that triggered this (I enabled report store for one run), but would prefer to pass it along out-of-band as it has some non-public information. I ran the master with --no-daemonize --debug, but didn't get anything other than the already mentioned error message, other than confirming that it's coming from the Puppetdb report processor. I'm trying to dig deeper into this now...
