Charlie Sharpsteen updated an issue   Puppet / PUP-1426 puppet cert list and clean commands should be mutually exclusive The second argument to puppet cert subcommands, list in this case, is interpreted as the hostname to operate on. Passing the --all flag overrides this specification of a specific hostname and causes the subcommand to load up all certs. Disambiguating between a duplicate subcommand declaration and a legitimate certificate name seems messy and could have unintended consequences. Adding something like a --force flag as a safety check for destructive commands like puppet cert clean --all is great idea. If anyone wants to get the ball rolling quickly on this, we'd be happy to review a pull request!
