We probably just need to add JAVA_ARGS to the command line call instead of the templated version once PDB-468 is merged. Add Comment   PuppetDB / PDB-142 puppetdb-foreground doesn't respect defaults (e.g. JAVA_ARGS) A user on IRC reported that when running puppetdb-foreground, it fell back to the default heap size of 192M even though he'd configured the heap to 4G in the puppetdb system defaults.
