During installation we just need to specify: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Puppet Labs\Puppet\sys\ruby\bin\ruby.exe" -rubygems "C:\Program Files (x86)\Puppet Labs\Puppet\service\daemon.rb" Where these paths are interpolated based on the install directory.
