Andy Parker commented on an issue   Re: OSX packages not signed by an "identified developer" This doesn't prevent the package from being installed. Clicking "open" continues with the installation. Add Comment   Puppet / PUP-2025 OSX packages not signed by an "identified developer" The OS X packages that we produce are not signed by an "identified developer" and so a default install of 10.9 (and according to the docs all the way back to 10.7.5) will complain about installing the package.
