However, according to "man 5 yum.conf": proxy url to the proxy server for this repository. Set to ’_none_’ to disable the global proxy setting for this repository. If this is unset it inherits it from the global setting It is should be a not "absent" value ("absent" value just hide proxy option). If we have proxy setting in yum.conf and want to disable it in some repos, we should set proxy=_none_. It works fine in previous puppet 3.5. But not work anymore since 3.5 version.
