The file face is described as {{Retrieve and store files in a filebucket}}. The filebucket command is described as {{Store and retrieve files in a filebucket}}.

In puppet help output these are shown right after one another. It isn't clear which one a user should use. In reality they will have a very difficult time getting {{file}} to behave in a reason...
