If a default value is given for a lambdas parameter it will not be overridden by a given value.

The logic in evaluator_impl L 209-217

      argument_name = m[0].name
      default_expression = m[0].value

      value = if default_expression
        evaluate(default_expression, scope)
      else
        given_argument
