All have a single source. And this doesn't behave consistently from run to run, nor is it "just" a warning. The HTTP status code being returned is actually incorrect (404 when the file does exist). So this isn't the regression fixed in 3.6.1. Out of 4000 or so hosts, we would see maybe 10-20 of these per day. ...
