That way we can add a new host definition to windows-all.yaml to run on 2012r2 with ruby x64, and it will be executed during the full windows acceptance job. In other words, we won't have to create a new job. We could make this completely data driven by specifying the ruby_platform as a host property: agent-2012r2-x86_64: roles: - agent platform: windows-2012r2-64 ruby_platform: 2.0.0-x64 ... and using that as the revision in the setup step, e.g. git checkout -f 2.0.0-x64. However, we do want to test against MSI packages, so perhaps the thing to do is specify the ruby_platform as an architecture, e.g. x64. The current git setup step could map that to the appropriate vendored ruby branch.
