Resource type ssh_authorized key, 'name' attribute accepts a blank string
Specifying a blank string for the 'name' attribute should probably throw an error, because the [documentation|https://docs.puppetlabs.com/references/latest/type.html#ssh_authorized_key-attribute-name] says that the name has to be unique to the system.

The manifest I used to test:
