I like the idea of a Re-opened status; otherwise, I like it.

For the record, I wasn't necessarily recommending changing 'New'  
tickets to 'Unreviewed', although I don't think it's a bad move.

The more I think about it, the more I like merging the Triage Stage  
and the Status.
