The following 3 patches introduce STOMP-based message queues as an indirector terminus. The patches proceed in a logical order: * introduce a general interface for working with messaging client libraries, with the initial implementation providing STOMP support (via Stomp::Client) * provide an abstract terminus for queues within the indirector system * provide a queue terminus for catalog indirection
