I've done all the Redmine setup for the new release.  All the tickets
are now against 1.5.5 as a target. I'll do some tidy up today to sort
one or two others.

Also I've updated the 1.5.x branch by merging current master in and
barring adding a fix or two today we can tag that as 1.5.5rc1 tonight
perhaps?
