What I tried to achieve in my master thesis was managing infrastructure at a much higher abstraction level. In my case web infrastructure. My thesis advisor was Thomas Delaet why wrote the PoDIM paper at lisa07. The conflicthandlers were one of the changes I made to puppet. The biggest change was a 'create rule' like feature that PoDIM also offers. Not everything I did is useful in a production tool. I'll try in the next weeks when I find the time to posts the changes I made and why I think Puppet could benefit from them. gr, Bart -- Bart Vanbrabant <[email protected]> --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Puppet Developers" group.
