That's basically the model I want to follow, too.  Markus and I are  
still in a bit of disagreement about this, but having something like a  
relatively hard deadline -- point-point releases go out at the end of  
the month, for instance -- is reasonable, as long as it's flexible for  
some cases.

But we definitely need a way of saying "these tickets should, if at  
all possible, get fixed before the next release".
