Hi all,

Looks like our -commits list is once again blocking our commits user.   
At least, that's what it looks like - the mail is going out to Google,  
but not appearing on the list.  AFAICT the user is still allowed to  
post, but the interface isn't exactly clear on that.

I'm finding this opacity difficult enough that I'd like to find a new  
list provider, but ideally I'd like to find a provider whose lists  
also functioned as a better forum with sticky posts, reputation, etc.   
If anyone knows of such a service, I'd like to hear of it.

In the meantime, if anyone happens to work down the hall from the  
people who maintain Google Groups and feel like walking down and  
kicking them a bit...
