It'll be in Rowlf (the next major release) and not in 0.25.1. The .x releases are being kept for maintenance and no new features will be included in them. This is to try and restrict the feature creep that made the later 0.24.x releases so problematic. It should apply clean to 0.25.1rc2 or 0.25.x HEAD.
