That's the plan.  0.25.3 is in epel-testing now, if you want to test
it and help us confirm that it's in good shape.  I'll push 0.25.4
there sometime in the next day or so.

It somewhat depends on maintainer discretion, the type of package, and
how compatible the update is.  In EPEL, puppet has been updated pretty
regularly at the same time as it's updated in Fedora.  I suspect that
more puppet users want this than not, judging by the number of
requests I see for updates and the lack of any bug reports or
complaints when it has been updated.

(Though I'm always willing to be persuaded otherwise.)
