There's a new Version in Redmine named "Queued". Tickets that are "Queued" are a priority to get done (not "unplanned"), but we're willing to release Rowlf (or whatever) without them. I've moved most of the non-High priority Rowlf tickets to Queued. Anything left in Rowlf is either High or Urgent, or is Ready-for-Testing, or has something complex going on in the comments and I don't want us to lose track of them before release.
