The "Oops" thread grew a new topic, so I'm summarizing & renaming to
draw new eyes.

Code on the list isn't getting reviewed, in large part because some
people find it difficult to review gode in e-mail.

Alternatives mentioned so far:

* JIRA, FishEye and Crucible; would mean replacing Redmine.
* A lightweight tool created for this purpose, except with its true
focus being on providing integrated git workflow for puppet policies.
* Reviewboard
* Gerrit
* PatchWork (http://ozlabs.org/~jk/projects/patchwork/)

None seem to be getting universal support (see the earlier messages
for details); there does seem to be a fairly strong bias (which I
share) for light weight tools and replacement over than adding heavy /
complex tooling.
